Our community involvement is largely shaped by the interests of our staff. Many of the organizations we support are brought forward by employees who are personally involved and deeply committed to the causes they champion. By investing in these efforts, we extend our impact beyond our day-to-day work and into the communities we call home.
Through our ongoing scholarship programs for Oregon Tech students, we’re investing in the next generation of design professionals.
Founded by former Oregon Tech professor Richard Zbinden, ZCS has deep roots in education and mentorship. The ZCS Annual Scholarship and Richard H. Zbinden Scholarship reflect our belief in supporting students as they pursue careers in engineering, and in strengthening the profession we’re proud to be a part of.

We believe community involvement should be encouraged, supported, and celebrated. So, we put our money where our mouth was and launched a paid volunteer time program for our team members.
This allows employees to participate in volunteer activities during their workday, making it easier to give time to causes they value. Whether supporting charitable, educational, athletic, or public service organizations, we trust our team to show up where they’re needed, and we’re proud to support them in doing so.
When our people give back, the impact reaches individuals, families, and entire communities. Our team is better when they work to make our communities better.
