Glendale School District
ZCS assisted the Glendale School District with successfully navigating the SRGP application process for Glendale Elementary School. Once the District received grant funding, ZCS was contracted to lead the seismic rehabilitation design effort.
The rehabilitation effort included the removal of the existing roof to strengthen the diaphragm and install a new roof package. Seismic isolation joints were installed between buildings to allow movement during a seismic event.
