Roseburg Public Schools
ZCS assisted Roseburg Public Schools with completing the SRGP application for the Joseph Lane Middle School Gymnasium. When grant funding for the effort was awarded, ZCS was retained to perform the seismic rehabilitation design and construction management services.
We were able to utilize gypsum sheathing as a structural system. Due to failing siding, there was some concern that rot repair of the existing sheathing would become a budget issue during construction. By coordinating investigations and negotiating allowances with the CM/GC, we were able to move into construction with confidence in our GMP number.
