Smith Brothers Dental

This project entailed the renovation of an existing, abandoned doctor’s office into a new, modern home for Smith Brothers Dental in Klamath Falls. The interior of the building was completely remodeled and replaced, with brand new partition walls, casework, furniture and finishes. The mechanical systems of the building were retrofitted to allow the installation of state-of-the-art dental equipment. The exterior siding, which had been rotting and fading, and in some spots were covered in graffiti, was replaced; leaking storefront windows were demolished and new ones were provided. A failing stucco column at the front entrance was replaced with a glulam column to support the roof structure. And a leaking, faded metal roof was fully torn off and replaced with an asphalt shingle roof.
