Oregon Tech
The softball field renovations at Oregon Institute of Technology consisted of removing the existing natural turf playing field in exchange for a new synthetic turf in field and outfield. Additionally, ZCS designed a new fully ADA compliant restroom, concessions area, and team room building alongside new grandstands and a press box. ZCS provided turnkey design plans and closely coordinated with Oregon Tech staff throughout the design process.
Utility and storm improvements were also a large component of this project,which required extensive power and data-communications discussions and meetings with the client. ZCS feels the success of this project was largely due to our relationship and collaboration with the Oregon Tech staff.
