Riddle Rural Fire Protection District
ZCS assisted the Riddle Rural Fire Protection District with the seismic rehabilitation of the local Fire Station. The Fire District also secured funding to construct a building addition to expand office and storage space, and provide ADA-compliant restroom facilities within the station. The seismic rehabilitation involved the removal of all interior finishes and flooring to install new foundation elements, shear walls, and sheathing at the first and second floors. New interior finishes were
installed throughout the station, as well as a new roof package.
