Klamath County Public Works
In 2009, ZCS worked with Klamath County to relocate their Road Department to a new facility. The original plan included substantial utility work, a new stormwater management system, renovation of an existing building, and multiple new structures (fuel island station, weed building, wash building, new office and mechanics spaces). This project included the development of a phasing plan to expand the campus to accommodate additional structures. In 2018-2019, ZCS helped the County complete the first phase of expansion by providing entitlement, design, and construction oversight services for a new 16,000sf sand shed with a fully enclosed cold mix bay and a separate 22,000sf truck shed. Our work included full architectural, civil engineering, and structural engineering design services along with land use planning and permitting.
