Klamath Hospice

ZCS served as the architect, civil engineer, and structural engineer for the remodel and addition to an existing building previously used as a car dealership. The building was reprogrammed as a new office space. The scope consisted of a remodel of an existing 5,780 square foot building with and addition of 4,155 square feet. Major site improvements included two parking lots and large garden area for staff and clients to enjoy at the front of the building.

ZCS coordinated heavily with the contractor, owner and sub consultants to minimize project delays due to supply chain issues cause by the pandemic.
