City of Klamath Falls
In 2018, ZCS began working with Sky Lakes Medical Center on the new Collaborative Health Center project located on the NW corner of their main campus. As part of that project, public improvements were required at the primary Sky Lakes driveway and the intersection of Campus Drive and Daggett Avenue.
ZCS generated concept plans for the new roundabout, roadway improvements, and driveway into Sky Lakes in 2019 and started conversations with the City of Klamath Falls on how to incorporate such elaborate improvements to one of the busiest and most important intersections in our community.
In 2021, ZCS teamed with Kittelson & Associates to work for the City of Klamath Falls and incorporate the design concept that we had generated years prior. We completed a beautification to the center landscape island, lighting improvements, stormwater upgrades, and also improved access to adjacent businesses. Additionally, we upgraded pedestrian access in the area while improving vehicle transportation pathways.
